Sales Tax
Our offices are located in Lakeland, Florida. A 7% state sales tax will be charged to Florida Residents ONLY. Please e-mail sales@swaybars.com for info on sales tax for possible exceptions

Shipping and Handling
In order to keep your final cost as low as possible, all orders are shipped UPS from our warehouses either in Central Florida or North Carolina (depending on inventory or cheapest freight)
Domestic orders: Shipping rates for purchases from Swaybars.com are based upon the total item weight of your order. Service is available to all 50 of the United States.

International orders: free freight offers or other shipping discount offers do not apply for inernational or non continental shipments

Damage in Shipment
We take every possible precaution to ensure that your order will arrive unharmed. Should damage occur in transit, please retain the product and all packing materials and email or call the return department for Swaybars.com (att: Don returns@swaybars.com ) we will make all efforts to get a replacement product to you as soon as possible.

Lost Shipments
UPS has proven to a reliable method of shipping, but occasionally packages do get lost. If UPS tracking is unable to confirm delivery of a package, we will reship the order.
Most the time problems with delivery are minor.. package is on the wrong truck, delievered to the neighbors house, driver unable to verify recipiant

Any product (except those noted below) may be returned for a full refund up to 10 days from the date of receipt. Your account will be fully credited (less shipping) within 48 hours of the return.
